Hello everyone! For today’s Waiting on Wednesday, Katie and I just had to talk about To Kill a Kingdom. First and foremost, how can you not be in love with this beautiful cover!? It was definitely the first thing that drew me to the book. Then, of course, there is the little fact that it’s basically a retelling of The Little Mermaid but with deadly sirens and a prince that hunts them. I mean, come on, who doesn’t like a dark twist on a childhood favorite? It will hopefully be more reminiscent of the original, and creepier, version of the tale. But it’s bound to be a great one, we hope anyway!
