Unboxing | March Owlcrate

Guess what time it is!? Time for another Owlcrate unboxing! Like always, I was pretty stoked for this month’s “Across the Galaxy” theme, so let’s jump into what was inside the box!

Up first, we have an Owlcrate exclusive candle designed by Wick & Fable. It was inspired by The Illuminae Files, and each box had one of two options: Kady Grant or Hannah Donnelly. I got Kady’s candle which was blood orange scented!

Next, there was the Owlcrate theme button (I love these things), a cool Star Wars themed bookmark created by Lexy Olivia, and a Nerdypost advertisement that just happened to be a print from Red Rising on one side!

One of the coolest items in this box was also the biggest for this month! There was a galaxy infinity scarf made exclusively by Owlcrate! It’s incredibly soft, and Ashley has stolen it from me.

Up next, we had a mini Funko bag! I loved Guardians of the Galaxy, so I was super excited to get one of these little guys. I lucked out and got Peter with his Star Lord mask!

Lastly, before the book, the last item we received was this Lunar Chronicles inspired mug created by Sasha Natasha! It looks like a tin camping mug, but it’s actually ceramic!

And the book choice for this month’s box was….

Heart of Iron by Ashley Poston! As soon as I heard the theme was “Across the Galaxy”, I assumed it would be Heart of Iron. I’m not at all disappointed because this edition is super special because Owlcrate’s exclusive edition has sprayed edges!

Yep, those are beautiful, purple sprayed edges, my friends. They’re even more beautiful in person. The book also came with a cool character poster and a note from the author. This edition was signed as well!

Again, Owlcrate is killing the subscription box game as of late. Next month is shaping up to be one of my favorites, I can already tell. The theme alone was enough to get Ashley to buy April’s box!

“Shadows and Secrets” sounds like an amazing theme, and there will be items inspired by Six of Crows, the Mortal Instruments, and Harry Potter! There will also be a special coffee blend created by Bones Coffee Company, so needless to say, we’re stoked!!
