Unless you’re completely new to the YA book world, you’ve heard that Tahereh Mafi has her first contemporary book coming out this fall. It blends fiction with a bit of her life, exploring the world of a Muslim teenage girl after the events of September 11th. I expect nothing but heartfelt emotion and beautiful writing from this one, and I’m so positive that Mafi will deliver. You DON’T want to miss this one, guys.
