I can’t even tell you how excited I am for this book. Dear Evan Hansen is one of the best musicals I’ve ever encountered, and when I heard there was going to be a novelization, I almost cried. I’m so ready to be really inside Evan’s head. I’m also so excited that Benj Pasek and Justin Paul are both co-creators because they basically created the whole thing. October 9th is going to be a good day, and here’s why: Dear Evan Hansen will be released!

I loved this musical! This is so awesome that it’s being adapted into a novel. Is there going to be more to the story in the book or is it just the dialogue from the show set to a book?
