Hello, everyone! Today I’m unboxing December’s Owlcrate box, “Illusions”! I hadn’t heard of this book until this box, so I’m excited to have a a brand new release to add to my TBR. Without any further ado, let’s get into the box.
Up first, there was an ornament inspired by The Crown’s Game created by Juniper & Ivy Designs. There was also the small Owlcrate pin with this month’s theme.
Next, there was a candle inspired by the Lunar Chronicles! It was created by Flick the Wick, and it smells quite fruity!
Next, there was a magnet with a quote from The Night Circus created by Ink & Wonder Designs. There was also a sampler for King of Fools, the sequel to Ace of Shades, that comes out in April.
My favorite item this month was the tote bag designed by Stella Bookish Art with a quote from Legendary by Stephanie Garber!
Owlcrate also included a cool book planner! The inside pages are super cute, and I’m excited to start using it!
And the book of the month was…
…Amber and Dusk by Lyra Selene! Like I said earlier, I hadn’t heard of this one until this box! It sounds magical and filled with political intrigue and mischief! It is a signed edition, and I also got a cute gem necklace that goes along with the story.
January’s box is themed “Magical Artifacts” and will come with an item illustrated by Holly Dunn Design.
I think I know what the book is for January, and I’m super excited to have an exclusive edition! The cover is originally beautiful, so I’m curious how Owlcrate will design their edition. As always, you can get yourself a box here!
